Website and desktop app are different
This notice distinguishes the public website, the current owner desktop build and a planned customer cloud service. The cloud service is not currently implemented or offered through this website.
What this website processes
The page does not collect uploaded files, registration details or payment information. The design chat is not connected to its server yet and does not send your entries. Once enabled, submitted design requests will be sent to the COREVIS design server; the corresponding notice will be updated before activation. Loading the site sends network information such as your IP address and request details to the hosting provider to deliver and protect the site. This version is prepared for Cloudflare hosting. Cloudflare’s hosting relationship does not imply endorsement of COREVIS.
Preferences and tracking
This implementation has no advertising pixels, third-party analytics SDKs or tracking cookies. A language selection is saved in browser local storage when you choose it. You can remove this preference through browser site-data settings. A future server-side country check may use network location only to choose the initial language; it must not determine billing residence.
Support email
When you email corevisos@gmail.com, the mailbox receives your address, message and attachments through Gmail. They are used to respond to your request. Do not attach credentials or a complete library. The final notice must confirm the operator, legal basis, retention schedule and applicable international-transfer disclosures before commercial launch.
Local personal library
The current owner app keeps conversations, imported material, wiki records, job records, layouts and design maps in local data folders. Secret values use Windows account protection, but the library as a whole is not encrypted. Local copies and backups may remain until removed. Uninstalling the current app does not delete the data folder. Full customer export, deletion and recovery controls are not yet verified.
AI providers and selected context
AI requests in the current owner build are delivered through the owner’s configured Codex or Claude CLI. Requests can include user instructions, relevant context and knowledge-processing batches. Provider processing and retention are separate from local storage. Customers must receive the actual provider and data-transfer information before enabling a future customer AI path.
Planned company cloud
The intended cloud service will handle account identity, subscription status, payment events and usage needed for limits and billing. A customer’s full library is not intended to be uploaded as a cloud database. Requests and selected context would pass to the chosen AI provider. Avoiding persistent prompt and response storage is a design goal that still requires verification across logs, errors, queues, caches and backups.
Optional ChatGPT sign-in and connected tools
ChatGPT sign-in and plan use are under evaluation and are not active here. If approved, identity sign-in and plan-use permissions will be separate, with credentials protected according to OpenAI’s terms. External connections require their own permission, account and data notice. COREVIS does not ask for login passwords or API keys by email.
Access, correction and deletion requests
Contact corevisos@gmail.com for a request concerning information you provided to COREVIS. Local files on your PC and copies held by AI or email providers require separate handling. We will identify the relevant scope and any lawful retention obligation rather than promising that every copy is deleted immediately.
Changes and launch information
Before a customer launch, this notice must include the verified legal operator, processing purposes and legal bases, recipients, countries, retention periods, rights and complaint contacts. If hosting, analytics, sign-in or payment flows change, update the notice before enabling the new processing.
