COREVIS currently accepts no payments through this website. There is no paid trial or active automatic renewal to cancel. This page describes the proposed handling of a future subscription; final terms will be presented before payment.
Cancel a future subscription
Before subscriptions open, customers must have a clear self-service cancellation route and next-billing-date display. Cancellation stops future renewals; access for the current paid period follows the offer shown at checkout. Cancellation alone does not decide whether a refund is due.
Request a refund
For a payment query or refund request, email corevisos@gmail.com with the purchasing email, transaction reference and reason. Never send a complete card number or credentials. Statutory withdrawal and refund rights apply where required. A blanket “all AI use is non-refundable” rule will not be used.
Errors and service problems
Duplicate charges, undelivered service, a material mismatch with the purchased description and technical defects should be investigated. A remedy or refund must follow applicable consumer law and the payment-provider terms. No discretionary refund window or deduction formula has been approved yet.
Payment processing
Paddle is being evaluated as the merchant of record; no approval or live checkout is claimed. If selected and approved, the final policy will explain Paddle’s buyer support, refund handling and original-payment-method process. Transaction processing times depend on the payment provider and bank.
Work and third-party charges
Cancelling a COREVIS subscription must not transfer ownership of your project files to COREVIS. Future access and export behaviour must be tested and disclosed before launch. Charges paid directly to a separate AI or creative platform follow that platform’s refund policy.
Final policy before sale
Billing interval, renewal price, cancellation effect, statutory withdrawal information, any voluntary refund window and contact details must be confirmed before accepting payment.
